Two Ways to Improve Your Interpersonal Relationships
Remember that line from the old Snow White and the seven dwarfs movie?
Look into your mirror and see what energy looks back at you. Look deep into your eyes.
What you see is what you get and give.
Do you see pain or peace; or irritation or love?
How can you increase that positive flow of energy from the source of all energy in the universe through your eyes?
First know that what your heart feels your eyes will reflect.
What do you want your eyes to reflect?
Do you want your eyes to beam with understanding and love? You can clean and energize your heart with love and peace so that you and everyone being reflected in your eyes sees and feels only peace and love and understanding emanating from you?
Forgiveness is the solution to putting you on the path towards peace and love. How can one forgive the seeming insensitive interactions with other people? It does not happen all at once.
Second one must remember that every person is acting to the best of their abilities all of the time. Otherwise they would do things differently. Knowing that they did their best if what happened seems dumb, hurtful and unloving of themselves and others.
Unkindness is based in ignorance. Understanding and compassion are based in true love.
Unkindness is based in self-protection and smallness. It is a knee jerk response to pain. It is never love and understanding based. A person who responds to another with unkindness is hurting and unable to express their pain.
There are many ways to protect you from this unkindness. Some of them include Hoponopono, acupuncture, breathing release, homeopathic and meditation, counseling, and neuro emotional kinesiology. These methods are very effective in helping one build the positive loving energetic communication field that can insulate your emotional field.
When your field is filled with compassion and understanding, you will live, breathe and reflect love to all you meet.
